We are thrilled to welcome April Harley to the Right Moves For Youth team as our new Director of Development! April brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in fundraising and nonprofit administration, with a deep commitment to causes that transform lives. Her focus will be on growing and strengthening our base of donors and supporters—laying a strong foundation for the sustainability and future growth of RMFY.

At the same time, we’re excited to announce that Amanda Schneider will be transitioning into a new role as our Director of Philanthropy. In this role, Amanda will focus on building and deepening relationships with major donors—leveraging her deep understanding of RMFY’s mission and impact to inspire transformational giving.

Together, April and Amanda form a powerhouse of passion, expertise, and vision. Their partnership will be instrumental in advancing our mission to support students as they build paths to success and purpose. The future is bright at Right Moves For Youth—and we’re just getting started.
