Sincerely, Tayuanee

The very meaning of life is about how we impact others.  It is what makes life worth living. I’m grateful that RMFY has given me the opportunity to live worthwhile.

November 10, 2019 was my 15 year anniversary with Right Moves For Youth. I’ve had the esteemed pleasure of leading this organization as the Executive Director, advocating for our upstanding mission, and telling the stories of incredible young people who overcome significant odds.  I am honored that my alma mater, Gardner-Webb University, chose my work in our community as a model of GWU’s motto: Pro Deo Et Humanitate – For God and Humanity.

I truly approach this work as a ministry. Through the ups and downs, the highs and lows, and the good and bad, I believe that what I invest in others is matters most. It is my responsibility to be sure that I plant positive seeds into the fertile ground of today’s youth.  I often say, “What is life if not in relation to others?” The very meaning of life is about how we impact others.  It is what makes life worth living. I’m grateful that RMFY has given me the opportunity to live worthwhile.
